| Skilled Team of Service Engineers Trained by AB |

| The service team in Labindia is comprised of engineers with a background in electronic or instrumentation engineering. Each member of the team undergoes hands-on training at Applied Biosystems Training Centers in Europe and in the US. Team members also receive extensive training for the first six months via in house training at Labindia's training facility in Gurgaon and customer visits with more experienced members of the team. |

| Labindia has invested in a country-wide network of service engineers. This helps us ensure that a service engineer is on site to attend to your instrument in the shortest possible time. |

| Stocking of Spares in India Minimizes Instrument Down Time |

| Labindia has also made significant investments in stocking spare parts for AB instruments at various locations in India. This facility is extended to all instruments under warranty or under a comprehensive service contract. Thus, if the required spare part is not available with the customer, we can quickly acquire the part from Labindia's stock and install it, thus minimizing instrument down time during which it becomes unavailable for running experiments. |

| State-of-the-Art Calibration & Repair Facility for Thermal Cyclers |
|
| Depending on the intensity of usage, PCR machines have to be calibrated once or twice a year. Researchers in India with non-AB thermal cyclers send the platform to a facility outside the country for calibration. The instrument has to be packed in its original packaging and shipped abroad. Researchers might have to bear shipping costs and ensure that paperwork is in order for the Indian customs authorities. The instrument could thus be unavailable for experimental work for several weeks. |

| Labindia offers a well-equipped calibration and repair facility based in Mumbai for thermal cyclers. If a thermal cycler from AB needs to be calibrated, a service engineer from Labindia will pack it on site either in the original packaging, if available, or will make other suitable arrangements and ship it to our Mumbai facility. In most instances, the PCR machine is shipped back to the customer in less than a week. |

Temperature Calibration: Recalibration to confirm the system's temperature accuracy. |

Certification Performance Tests: Tests performed to check whether the system operates within Applied Biosystems specifications. A certificate of analysis including results of the tests performed will be provided. |

Firmware Upgrade: The instrument will be upgraded with the latest version of firmware while maintaining the integrity of methods developed by the researcher. |
