Hitachi's New Amino Acid Analyzer, Model L-8900, is the culmination of the technology and expertise earned from our extensive experience in manufacturing amino acid analyzers during the past 40 years. It is dedicated and optimized for one and only one type of analysis i.e. analysis of amino acids with high precision, speed and sensitivity.
High sensitivity and high speed : Unparalleled detection limits can be achieved - 3 pmol of aspartic acid using ninhydrin reaction methods. Standard amino acid determination takes just 30 minutes (net) and physiological fluid determination can be carried out fully automatically in just 110 minutes.
Optimized for analysis of amino acids : System is fully automatic based on post-column Nin-Hydrin derivatization method. Since all the parameters of the integrated modules are optimized for analysis of amino acids only, even a learner can operate it without any fuss and get the results quickly and accurately. It is very useful for clinical use where physiologigal fluids (blood, urine, serums, etc.) are analysed for providind quick treatment to the patients.
